My Story...

My kitties cannot get enough of the energy plate charged water!!

Based on the research of Dr Patrick Flanagan and several other notable pyramid research scientists

Some of the amazing effects of pyramid power are:

Food kept in a pyramid will stay fresh for two to three times longer than uncovered food. Artificial flavorings in food will loose their taste, but natural flavors are enhanced. The taste of foods change; they become less bitter and acidic. When a spectrographic reading of the treated item is taken, it will show a change in the molecular structure. The pyramid will dehydrate and mummify things, but it will not permit decay or mold to grow. There is also a slowing or complete stopping of the growth of microorganisms. Kirlian photographs of human subjects show the aura to be significantly brighter after a 15-minute pyramid exposure period.

The Giza Pyramids are built over lay lines in the earth and aligned to magnetic North. They were built to heal Mother Gaia and heal the humans who were inside the Pyramid.

Persons living inside of a pyramid home; working within a pyramid building, or those who meditate within or sleep under a pyramid framework; or those who sleep above small pyramids aligned in series placed under the bed, generally feel positive, immediate reactions. Reports sometimes include temporary, energy nausea; apparently due to excess body toxins.

Dr Flanagan found these effects are heightened with cone and sphere shapes. Native Americans live in Teepee tents for a reason! They are tuned into the Universe and Earth in a way most of us can only imagine...

Testimonials from several sources, demonstrate that pets of all kinds thrive under, or within open-frame pyramids. Dogs and cats are observed to respond to this unique, form-energy environment in harmonious ways

Symbols and mandalas decorating a pyramid's sides produce a variety of positive responses.

Pyramid research :

Bill Kerell is a pyramid researcher who has been doing experiments with pyramids for about 17 years. He has done many experiments using brine shrimp.

Brine shrimp usually live 6 to 7 weeks; but under the pyramids, Bill has kept them alive for over a year. He also noticed that pyramid-grown shrimp grew two to three times larger than normal. Bill has also done a lot of work with humans. One of the things he and his associates have found is that hypertensive individuals become tranquilized, but lethargic people become energetic again. A lot of work has been done with individuals who meditate. It has been found that the theta and alpha brain waves are increased. These frequencies are also higher and the signal strength is twice the amplitude of normal. Dr. Karl Benedick    (a Swedish scientist) discovered that the pyramid produced a resonance or frequency inside. Two German scientists, Born and Laureates, also discovered that this frequency was in the microwave range. Researchers say that items placed under the pyramid stay "charged" for various lengths of time after being taken from under the pyramid. It has been found that water keeps its "charge" longer than anything else. Pyramids have also been experimented with by doctors. Bill has been told by a doctor from a Canadian hospital that they tried using a pyramid in their burn ward. The results were that after being under the pyramid for a few minutes, the patients' pain started to go away. They also found that the burn areas healed much faster.

One of the most interesting accounts of Pyramid power was cited by Serge King in his book, Pyramid Energy Handbook. In this book, King speaks of ways people can help their dogs, cats, fish and fowl. He explains, "One of my researchers recently reported that she placed a pyramid over the cage of an excitable bird. The bird immediately flew to the top of the cage in an apparent attempt to get as close to the pyramid as possible and has since remained far more calm than before"

The most common effects that meditators say happen to them when they are under the pyramid are a sense of weightlessness; a time distortion, both of speed and slowing down; a tingling sensation on the skin, similar to that of mild electricity; an increase in the skin temperature; a tranquilizing effect on the nervous system; a deeper "dropping off " in the transcendental state; and finally, very graphic dreams in vivid color.

Pyramid Power frequency:
The pyramid puts things back the way they are supposed to be; it makes things more perfect. The one frequency that is common with all elements is the carrier wave. The vector angle of energy formed by the carrier wave frequency is 52.606º. This pyramid we have built is both a transmitter and receiver in one. This is why we can build a pyramid out of any material, and it will work. The elements in the material used for the pyramid start to oscillate

Placing objects in the Pyramid:
They are also good conductors of electricity, which means that they transfer information better than others.
When an object is placed inside the pyramid, it receives the information that makesit up on a stronger or amplified basis. It makes no difference what is put into it. The razor blade will stay sharp because the information that makes up those microscopic metal crystals will try to remain in their original shape by trying to move atoms to the areas worn away. This frequency raises the potential of the elements and, so to speak, "charges them." When the water is being charged, it is actually the oxygen molecule that is being charged, since the oxygen molecule is the element in the water that forms the octahedron crystal. The oxygen vectors realign themselves when under the pyramid.

The use of Pyramids in amplifying crystals, herbs and essential oils etc, is quite simple, place the item inside the pyramid for at least 2 -24 hours. Flower essences are greatly amplified. Scientists have confirmed this; they see a change in the molecular structure of the water, but they don't know why.  The same explanation can be applied to the plants and the food placed under the pyramid. If the plant is growing under the pyramid, it is receiving amplified information of its self. The stronger the signal, the more energy the plant has. The more the information it receives about itself, the less chance for-imperfections in its construction, which would cause disease,, mold, or other organisms to attack it.  Water will loose its chlorine taste and generally tastes better. Plants grown under the pyramid grow about twice as fast, in their early life, than do plants that are not grown under it. The treated young plants look healthier and have less insect damage.  It has been found that a copper pyramid has the best effects and intensifies the effect on organic materials. The pyramid also has an effect on inorganic items. It is well known that razor blades are kept sharper longer if placed under a pyramid between uses.

I use mine to meditate and to charge the items I sell on my website. You can feel the difference in the energy from charged items to non charged items. My animals will not stay out of it when I have it set up. The difference in energy and vibration in my home is noticed by everyone who visits.

Know where your chakras are located

Why are chakras important?

In order for our bodies to function in an optimal way, all of our 7 chakras need to be balanced and allowing our energy to flow smoothly through our bodies. If one of the energy centers is not functioning well, then the others won’t function as well as they should. Some of them can even work too much or too hard (the third eyes, over-thinking chakra is typical of this!), which also sends our bodies and emotions into free-fall.

What does it mean when chakras are balanced?

When our chakras are balanced, it means that energy flows freely through them. This in turn supports us in all areas of our life. When our root chakra is balanced, we feel grounded, safe and secure. When our third eye chakra is balanced, we’re in tune with our intuition and we feel clear & focused.

When we are taking care of ourselves, body, mind & spirit, our chakras thrive. However, when we neglect our body, make choices that feel wrong or continually think crappy thoughts, this negatively affects our chakras. Our chakras can become overactive or underactive (in other words, unbalanced) to compensate. Sometimes people will refer to a chakra as being blocked.

When our chakras are unbalanced, energy is not flowing freely and this ripples out into our life. We feel off or ungrounded. We feel unclear or lack confidence. It’s like a cycle: the choices we make affect our energetic health and energetic health affects the choices we make.

Why is it important to know what the 7 chakras affect?

I truly know the profound power of self-awareness and healing that can be attained when a person’s Chakra system is awakened and activated.  The more you learn about these powerful energy centers within your body, you will quickly be able to bring harmony back to all aspects of your life. Each Chakra Energy center in the body holds keys to specific physical, emotional, energetic, mental and spiritual issues. When one or more chakras centers are out of balance or blocked, then challenges, disease, dramas, depletion, confusion and disconnection are experienced.

How the Chakras Affect Your Everyday Life

Perception is simply the result of how you have determined an experience or similar experience has affected you in the past. You then carry over these preconceived ideas or perceptions, based upon your past experiences, into your present experiences. You may think, “What is wrong with that?” At times nothing, but this system of evaluating your existence from the perceptions of past experiences can very much limit the creative possibilities you allow within your life, for you no longer experience in a pure, undistorted, manner free of the affects of how you have perceived your past experiences.

The chakras also affect the decisions you make in your life. The conscious portion of you comprises only about ten percent of your decision-making process. The subconscious is connected to the chakras and draws from the perceptions of every experience you have ever had. Many times before you have consciously looked at a situation, the perceptions within the chakras, working with the subconscious mind, has already filtered through information the conscious mind no longer remembers and strongly influences the decisions you make. It is important to recognize that what happens as you experience life is not just a thinking process. You can only hold a thought for a limited period of time, but your perceptions continually work behind the scenes affecting your life.

The chakras affect you in many ways, but what is important is how your perceptions stored within the chakras can limit you, affecting how you experience your life and the possibilities you allow in your life.

Your mind may think what is existence but experiencing it. There are other dimensions and possibilities to existence. Time allows you to place your experiences in a linear framework so the mind can analyze and understand them. But if time diminished (speeds up as some think is now happening), so would experience, and you would begin to exist as existence itself and not from experience.

Now, if you can flow for a moment and think of existing at this moment with all possibilities, not experiencing them, but rather BEING the existence. To BE the existence, the possibility, the creation, is different than experiencing it: you are simply existing in all of the intangible wonder of existence. If you closely examine your life, you will find, at times, you tap into these other possibilities of existence, if only for a brief moment, and thus realize there are other ways to live life than from experience.

If you desire to move from living your life from experience, the next step is to live from expression. Expression merely means you experience without limitation. It is still a world of experience. But if you can let go of your perceptions of your experiences, then you can evolve to living from expression. Living from expression is living in the fullness of the experience without judgment, without attachments, without need, and in the fullness of the now moment. Living from expression is a giant leap, but if you live your existence as an experience, you will live your experiences in a richer, fuller, manner without being limited, feeling fear or pain, or reacting to life from your emotions.

The Chakra System is an incredible diagnostic tool and it is my passion to share with you the knowledge I have and the amazing products to assist you on your journey

Why your spiritual health is so important?

The Sanskrit word “chakra” means “wheel” or “disk”.  It has been described by many as a spinning wheel of light. The first references to the chakra energy systems in the body were found in the Vedas in India, the ancient texts of Hindu wisdom teachings, dating back thousands of years. Of the many chakras within the human body, seven have been identified as major and are often associated with rainbows, sound, vibration and color.

There are many techniques for clearing and aligning the chakras within the body.  Energy healing tools, vibrational sound instruments, crystal/color therapies and guided visualizations are among the most common. Eventually, it is ideal for each person to learn to identify blockages and imbalances in their own chakra systems are apply appropriate realignment practices to harmonize their own “Rainbow Light Body”. The first step is awareness of habits and choices that are contributing to imbalance. The second step involves consistent practice to build new habits and conscious choices that support balanced chakras and therefore a thriving life.

The entire universe is made up of vibrational frequencies and energy.

From your morning cup of coffee to the tiny cells inside your kidneys — from the star being born at this very second, to the leaf that is falling from the tree outside — all of it is made up of energy that vibrates.

Higher vibrational frequencies actually create waves of light and transcend physical matter.

Lower vibrations, on the other hand, are heavy and related to dense matter. Just as high vibrational intentions like love, compassion and hope can manipulate physical matter, low vibrational intentions like fear, hate and anger can do the same.

Using Intention to Raise Your Vibration

As you can see, your thoughts and intentions can have profound effects on the world around you.

Merely intending to do harm can make plants scream out in fear.

Sending love and energy to a warm cup of tea can actually improve the mood of someone who drinks it.

Raising your vibration is as simple as becoming mindful of your intentions and choosing to live through compassion and love. The more you intend to live a life of kindness and compassion, the more harmonious life will become.

It isn’t just a psychological effect — the world around you will respond to your energy.

You have incredible power to shift your world and the world that others live in. You may not be able to change someone’s mind or behavior on the spot, but you can choose to live in a path of light and love, and with that type of energy, affect them in a positive way.

The Seven Major Chakras Starting with the Upper 3

Connect to the Divine With the Seventh Chakra!

The Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) is positioned on the very top of the head and is at the very top of the “Chakra ladder.”

The seventh chakra, Sahaswara, is referred to as the thousand-petal lotus chakra. This is the top chakra of the seven and located at the crown of the head. Sahasrara is our source of enlightenment and spiritual connection to all that is. It is a connection to our higher selves, to every being on the planet, and ultimately the divine energy that creates everything in the universe.

True opening of Sahasrara means the realization that you are pure awareness. You are pure consciousness, undivided, and all expansive. Like a drop in the ocean, you are a part of that ocean that contains and encompasses every aspect of it.

Crown Chakra Information
Physical Location: Top of the head or just above your "crown". Color: Violet  or white. (think white light)  Element: Thought, consciousness Associated Animal: The Eagle Emotional & Behavior Issues of a Blocked Crown Chakra: If your Crown Chakra has been disrupted or blocked, you might not see much beauty in the world at all. You may also feel spirituality defeated and experience some symptoms of depression. If you’re just starting to develop this type of blockage, you might just notice a small decline in your overall excitement or motivation towards life. Physically, a blockage in your Crown Chakra can also occur at the same time as problems with  headaches

When your crown chakra is  aligned and completely open, you will experience a lot of happiness in life. You’ll feel more spiritual, in tune with the divine, alive in ways you can only imagine. Your days will be full of joy, peace and happiness. With a regimen of crown chakra healing exercises, you can enhance your spiritual awareness, your connection to your higher-self and you can begin to enjoy the moments of beauty life has to offer.

On the other hand, when your  crown chakra is blocked you’re likely to experience troubling  symptoms. As a result, you can become disillusioned and bored. You can experience sadness and become restless.

When your Crown Chakra is blocked…

You experience loneliness, insignificance, and meaningless You may feel a strong attachment to material possessions and achievements (and define yourself according to them) and a disconnect from the spiritual side of life You feel no connection or guidance from a higher power, you feel unworthy of spiritual help and are angry that your higher power has abandoned you You often suffer from migraines and tension headaches

Everyone needs Crown Chakra healing from time to time, even the experts!

Emerging From the Murky Waters

The lotus flower is a symbol in both the Hindu and Buddhist traditions. It is nurtured, grows, and emerges in muddy waters. It blooms where there is no clarity. The beauty of the lotus is unique to its environment, which appears monotonous and lacks vibrancy.

When you reach the unfurling of the seventh chakra, you emerge through the confines of the physical body, the ego, mind, and intellect. You even push beyond the individual soul that ties you to Samsara, the endless cycle of birth and rebirth. You are freed from the shackles of desire. White light surrounds your body and you appear to stand out in your murky surroundings.

Is This an Unattainable Beauty?

After reading the description of the seventh chakra, it may seem out of reach. You may think, “Well, that sounds nice for monks and gurus, but not for me. I’m just an ordinary person with a normal life.”

The Third Eye Chakra

The third eye chakra is the sixth chakra. Located on the forehead, between the eyebrows, it is the center of intuition and foresight. The function of the third eye chakra is driven by the principle of openness and imagination.

Third eye chakra meaning

The 6th chakra is referred to as:

Third eye chakra Brow chakra Ajna chakra Bhru Madhya Dvidak Padma

The most common Sanskrit name for the Third eye chakra is “Ajna”, which means “command” and “perceiving”.

This chakra is related to the “supreme element”, which is the combination of all the elements in their pure form.

Yogic meaning of the 3rd eye chakra

In yogic metaphysics, the third eye or Ajna chakra, is the center where we transcend duality – the duality of a personal “I” separate from the rest of the world, of a personality that exists independently from everything else.

As Harish Johari says, “a yogi who has passed through the Vishuddha Chakra at the throat to the Ajna Chakra transcends the five elements and becomes freed (mukta) from the bondage of time-bound consciousness. This is where the I-consciousness is absorbed into super-consciousness.” (Harish Johari: Chakras: Energy Centres of Transformation).

Third eye chakra color

The third eye chakra is most commonly represented with the color purple or bluish purple. The auric color of third eye chakra energy can also be seen as translucent purple or bluish white.

Rather than by its color, it is characterized by the quality of its luminescence or soft radiance that reminds us of the moon light.

Third eye chakra location

The most commonly accepted location for the sixth chakra is between the eyebrows, slightly above at the bridge of your nose. Contrary to a common misconception, it is not located in the middle of the forehead, but between the eyes where the eyebrows would meet. It can also be described as being located behind the eyes in the middle of the head. Note that secondary chakras run along the midline of the forehead, but the third eye chakra is typically located lower.

The Third eye chakra is associated to the pineal gland in charge of regulating biorhythms, including sleep and wake time. It’s a gland located in the brain that is a center of attention because of its relationship with the perception and effect of light and altered or “mystical” states of consciousness. It’s positioned close to the optical nerves, and as such, sensitive to visual stimulations and changes in lighting.

Behavioral characteristics of the Third eye chakra

The third eye chakra is associated with the following psychological and behavioral characteristics:

Vision Intuition Perception of subtle dimensions and movements of energy Psychic abilities related to clairvoyance and clairaudience especially Access to mystical states, illumination Connection to wisdom, insight Motivates inspiration and creativity

The third eye chakra is an instrument to perceive the more subtle qualities of reality. It goes beyond the more physical senses into the realm of subtle energies. Awakening your third eye allows you to open up to an intuitive sensibility and inner perception.

Because it connects us with a different way of seeing and perceiving, the third eye chakra’s images are often hard to describe verbally. It puts us in touch with the ineffable and the intangible more closely. Third eye visions are also often more subtle than regular visions: They may appear a bit “blurry”, ghost-like, cloudy, or dream-like. Sometimes however, the inner visions might be clear like a movie playing in front of your eyes.

Sustaining awareness of third eye chakra energy might require focus and the ability to relax into a different way of seeing. When we focus our mind and consciousness, we can see beyond the distractions and illusions that stand before us and have more insight to live and create more deeply aligned with our highest good.

The third eye chakra is associated with the archetypal dimensions, as well as the realm of spirits.

Sustaining awareness of third eye chakra energy might require focus and the ability to relax into a different way of seeing. When we focus our mind and consciousness, we can see beyond the distractions and illusions that stand before us and have more insight to live and create more deeply aligned with our highest good.

Third eye chakra imbalance

When the Third eye chakra has an imbalance, it can manifest as:

Feeling stuck in the daily grind without being able to look beyond your problems and set a guiding vision for yourself Overactive third chakra without support from the rest of the chakra system may manifest as fantasies that appear more real than reality, indulgence in psychic fantasies and illusions Not being able to establish a vision for oneself and realize it Rejection of everything spiritual or beyond the usual Not being able to see the greater picture Lack of clarity

The Throat Chakra

The Throat chakra is the fifth chakra. Located at the center of the neck at the level of the throat, it is the passage of the energy between the lower parts of the body and the head. The function of the Throat chakra is driven by the principle of expression and communication.

Throat chakra meaning

The fifth chakra is referred to as:

Throat chakra Vishuddha Kanth Padma Shodash Dala

The most common Sanskrit name for the Throat chakra is “Vishudda”, which means “pure” or “purification”.

This chakra is related to the element of sound. Through the throat, sound is propagated into the air and its vibration can be felt not just in our ears, but also in our whole body. It is an important instrument of communication and expression.

Throat chakra color

The Throat chakra is most commonly represented with the color blue turquoise or aquamarine blue. The auric color of Throat chakra energy can also be seen as a smoky purple or turquoise.

Location of the Fifth Chakra

The most commonly accepted location for the fifth chakra is at the level of the throat. It’s important to remember that this chakra is multidimensional and is often represented as going out of the front of the throat, and going in the back at a slight upward angle.

The Throat chakra is associated to the pharyngeal and brachial plexi and is connected to the mouth, jaws, tongue, pharynx and palate.  It’s is also linked to the shoulders and the neck. The gland associated with the fifth chakra is the thyroid, which regulates the processing of energy in the body through temperature, growth, and in large parts, metabolism.

Behavioral characteristics of the Throat chakra

The Throat chakra is associated with the following psychological and behavioral characteristics:

Expression, in particular ability to express your truth, to speak out Communication, whether it’s verbal or non-verbal, external or internal Connection with the etheric realm, the more subtle realms of spirit and intuitive abilities Propensity to create, projecting ideas and blueprints into reality Realizing your vocation, purpose Good sense of timing

The Throat chakra is about the expression of yourself: Your truth, purpose in life, creativity. Note that this chakra has a natural connection with the second chakra or sacral chakra, center of emotions and creativity as well. The throat chakra’s emphasis is on expressing and projecting the creativity into the world according to its perfect form or authenticity.

Another function of the throat chakra is to connect you to spirit. Because of its location, it’s often seen as the “bottleneck” of the movement of energy in the body.  It sits just before the upper chakras of the head. Opening the throat chakra can greatly help align your vision with reality and release pressure that may affect the heart chakra that is located just below.

The throat chakra is associated with the etheric body, which is said to hold the blueprint or perfect template of the other dimensions of the body. It’s an important reference point to align the energy through the whole chakra system.

5th chakra imbalance

A blocked throat chakra can contribute to feelings of insecurity, timidity, and introversion. On the other end of the spectrum, an overactive throat chakra may also lead to gossiping, nonstop talking, and being verbally aggressive or mean. It can seem as though the filter between the discourse you have in your mind and what comes out of your mouth is not working, or missing entirely.

When the throat chakra has an imbalance, it can manifest as:

Lack of control over one’s speech; speaking too much or inappropriately; Not being able to listen to others Excessive fear of speaking Small, imperceptible voice Not being able to keep secrets, to keep your word Telling lies On the opposite side, a closed throat chakra might manifest as excessive secretiveness or shyness Lack of connection with a vocation or purpose in life

The Heart and Lower Chakras

Introducing the heart chakra or Anahata Chakra key elements

First, we’re going to look at the heart chakra key attributes:

Location: In the center of the chest (the energy center is not located where our actual heart organ lies; rather, the heart chakra is in the center of the chest area); it is the 4th chakra counting from the bottom of the spine in the traditional 7 chakra system.             Color: Green (higher energy frequencies can turn to pink)                                                     Symbol: Two intersecting triangles forming a 6-pointed star in a circle with 12 petals Original name in Sanskrit: Anahata Element:Air                                                                                                  Heart Chakra Psychological Meanings:           The main meanings or functions associated with the heart chakra are: Love for oneself and others Relating, relationships Compassion, empathy Forgiveness, acceptance Transformation, change Ability to grieve and reach peace Compassionate discernment Center of awareness, integration of insights

When the heart chakra is open, you may feel being deeply connected, the harmonious exchange of energy with all that is around you, and the appreciation of beauty. However, when there’s a blockage in the heart chakra, you may experience difficulties in your relating with others, such as excessive jealousy, codependency, or being closed down, withdrawn.

Heart Chakra Element: Air

The fourth chakra is related to the element of air. As such, its energy is associated to the breath and its movements, as well as the idea of spaciousness and connection with all things.

Heart Chakra Color: Green

Even though most of us think about the pink color when thinking about the heart, this chakra is traditionally associated with the color green. The auric color of an active fourth chakra can also be seen as a pink or smoky pink, hence our popular representation of love as a pink heart.

Chakra Location: The Chest

The most commonly accepted location for the fourth chakra is at the center of the chest, between the breasts. It’s slightly to the left of the actual organ of the heart. That’s why it’s often referred to as the “heart chakra”.

As the fourth energy center, it’s important to remember that it is multidimensional and is energetically represented with a front going through the center of the chest, and a back going through the spine between the shoulder blades.

Because of its location, the heart chakra is associated to the cardiac system and the lungs.  These organs are interdependent and rely on air and breathing to function properly. The gland associated with the heart chakra is the thymus, which is in charge of regulating the immune system.

What role the fourth chakra plays in our lives

The Heart chakra is associated with the following psychological and behavioral characteristics:

Capacity to love Integration, bridge between earthly and spiritual aspirations Transcending personal identity and limitations of the ego Experience of unconditional love and connection with all Heart-centered discernment Appreciation of beauty in all things Experiencing deep and meaningful relationships

The fourth chakra connects the lower and upper chakras. In other words, the heart chakra acts as a center of integration of earthly matters and higher aspirations. Far from seeing these energies as separate, the experience of the heart integrates them effortlessly and harmoniously.

The Heart chakra is all about connecting and relating. The emphasis here is on love, giving and receiving, and how open we are in relationships. Love is the energy that helps transfigure emotions and experiences. It’s an essential element in any relationship, whether it’s is with others or oneself.

Love experienced through the fourth chakra is not just about romance, but about going beyond the limitations of the ego and personal preoccupations to open up more fully to compassion and acceptance of all that is, as it is. When we live from our heart and our heart energy is opened and balanced, we can see clearly and position ourselves in any situation, no matter how challenging it is, with discernment and compassion.

The heart chakra is also a center through which we experience beauty in life. Seeing the world through a balanced fourth chakra is being in a state of openness and acceptance that brings us in touch with our world and ourselves in profound and fulfilling ways.

Signs your fourth chakra may be out of balance

The heart chakra can become imbalanced as a result of life experiences that have a strong emotional charge, physical ailments, or significant changes in your environment. It may manifests as a blockage in the energy flow or, on the contrary, a tendency to become overactive or have an excess of energy.

You can see the following signs of imbalance in the heart chakra :

Being overly defensive Feeling closed down Jealousy; fear of intimacy Codependency, relying on other’s approval and attention, trying to please at all cost Always putting oneself in the role of the savior or the rescuer; or on the contrary, falling into victimization Excessive isolation, being recluse, antisocial Holding grudges, not being to forgive

At the physical level, it can manifest as:

Respiratory ailments, such as lung infection, bronchitis Circulatory and heart-related issues

When the energy in your fourth chakra is blocked or hindered, you may experience what is sometimes referred to as heart chakra pain

Introducing the Solar Plexus or Manipura chakra

“Radiate your power in the world,” could say the solar plexus chakra. Characterized by the expression of will, personal power, and mental abilities, the energy of the third chakra or Manipura in Sanskrit is mobilized when we assert ourselves in the world. Discover its key characteristics and how to make the most of this powerful energy center.

Let’s start by exploring the basics, including the location, color, and symbol of the solar plexus chakra. Then, we are going to look at possible signs of imbalance in the third chakra and what to do to heal your solar plexus center and restore its balance to its optimal state.

Chakra Key Elements

First, we’re going to look at the Solar Plexus chakra basics:

Location: In the solar plexus area (upper part of the belly, where your diaphragm rests); it is the third chakra from the bottom in the traditional system counting 7 chakras Color: Yellow (higher frequencies of this chakra can turn into golden yellow) Symbol: A circle with 10 petals in which is inscribed a downward-pointing triangle Original name in Sanskrit: Manipura Element: Fire

Additional elements used in modern energy healing practices are healing crystals and aromatherapy. If you’re curious, here’s a list of the most common ones:

Solar Plexus chakra healing stones: Citrine, tirger’s eye, yellow tourmaline Essential oils: Chamomile, bergamot, cedarwood, rosemary are amongst the most popular soothing oils

The Sacral Chakra

The sacral chakra is the second chakra. It is associated with the emotional body, sensuality, and creativity. Its element is water and as such, its energy is characterized by flow and flexibility. The function of the sacral chakra is directed by the principle of pleasure. Let’s have a look at this energy center’s basics, including its location, color, symbol, potential signs of imbalance, and what to do heal your sacral chakra.

Sacral chakra location

The most common location for the sacral chakra is about three inches below the navel, at the center of your lower belly. In the back, it’s located at the level of the lumbar vertebrae.

Other noteworthy locations described in different systems, expand its location to the genital area, especially at the level of ovaries for women and the testicles for men.

It is associated with the lymphatic system.

Behavioral characteristics of the sacral chakra

The sacral chakra is associated with the following psychological and behavioral functions:

Emotions, feelings Relationships, relating Expression of sexuality, sensual pleasure Feeling the outer and inner worlds Creativity Fantasies

The sacral chakra is associated with the realm of emotions. It’s the center of our feelings and sensations. It’s particularly active in our sexuality and the expression of our sensual and sexual desires.

Motivated by pleasure, it’s the driving force for the enjoyment of life through the senses, whether it’s auditory, through taste, touch, or sight. Opening your sacral chakra allows you to “feel” the world around and in us. As such, it’s an important chakra at the foundation of our feeling of well-being.

The second chakra is instrumental in developing flexibility in our life. Associated with the water element, it’s characterized by movement and flow in our emotions and thoughts. It supports personal expansion and the formation of identity through relating to others and to the world.

The Root Chakra

The root chakra is the first chakra. Its energy is based on the earth element. It’s associated with the feeling of safety and grounding. It’s at the base of the chakra system and lays the foundation for expansion in your life.

Where is the Root Chakra?

The first chakra or root chakra is located at the base of the spine. The corresponding body locations are the perineum, along the first three vertebrae, at the pelvic plexus. This chakra is often represented as a cone of energy starting at the base of the spine and going downward and then slight bent up.

Key characteristics of the root chakra:

The first chakra is associated with the following functions or behavioral characteristics:

Security, safety Survival Basic needs (food, sleep, shelter, self-preservation, etc.) Physicality, physical identity and aspects of self Grounding Support and foundation for living our lives

The root chakra provides the foundation on which we build our life. It supports us in growing and feeling safe into exploring all the aspects of life. It is related to our feeling of safety and security, whether it’s physical or regarding our bodily needs or metaphorical regarding housing and financial safety. To sum it up, the first chakra questions are around the idea of survival and safety. The root chakra is where we ground ourselves into the earth and anchor our energy into the manifest world.

Crystal grids

A crystal grid is a predefined set of multiple crystals arranged in a harmonic sacred geometric relationship.  This combination and arrangement of crystals works synergistic to converts and focuses the external energy which impinges upon it in a variety of forms (e.g. sound, light, electromagnetism) into a unified energy field tuned to a particular need or requirement.  The unified energy field that is created allows for vibrational interactions of crystal energies with the aura, spirit, and mind of the human body consistent with the prescribed healing and wellness design.

A single crystal, properly prepared and used, can be a potent energy source for many purposes.  However, sometimes you need more.  Combining the power and energy of crystals can be confusing.  Arrangements of crystals can be difficult to understand and use effectively.

Crystal Grids solve these issues.  If the grid is constructed correctly, you will be able to use its ability to focus and enhance the Universal Life Force easily and effectively.

You will not have to worry about conflicting energies, or poor arrangements that dissipate the energies.  Rather, you will use your crystals with confidence and power.

The Focus Stone is the rock or crystal that is located in the center of a Crystal Grid.  Its purpose is primarily to gather, focus and amplify the Universal Life Force.  It collects the Universal Life Force and channels it onto our grid.

The Focus Stone  is the part of our crystal grid that gathers in that Force, drawing it down and inward creating essentially a downward flowing wave of coherent energy that is then coalesced and amplified through the crystal’s internal energy lattice.

The energy that flows out from the Focus Stone is then modified and shaped by the Color Energy of the Focus Stone and the design of the grid.

The stones that immediately surround a center stone on The Path are called the Way Stones.  They are very important elements of many grids.  The Focus Stone brings in the Life Force and shapes it through its Crystal Energy Lattice, modifies it with its Color Energy, and sends it down The Path to the Way Stones.

The Way Stones then further modify the energy.  Their work is similar to a pump in a water system.  The water is flowing down a pipe, but if a pump is added it can amplify and modify the flow.

Way Stones do exactly that - they amplify and further modify the Universal Energy flowing in the Grid.   Their effects, like that of a Focus Stone are dependent on their crystal energy lattice, and their Color Rays.

Desire Stones are the outermost stones on a Crystal Grids.

They represent the end state that the Grid is constructed to produce. Selection of Desire Stones is based on the specific final purpose of the Grid.  These stones gather the energy that has been focused and shaped by the Focus Stone, the Way Stones and the Path.

They give the Universal Life Force its final shaping and tuning to the desired outcome of the Crystal Grid.  They are chosen in a similar manner to the Way Stones - by their Crystal Energy Lattice, and by their Color Rays.

Desire Stones are often the crystals that would be used alone to accomplish something.  However using multiple ones and having them fed with focused and amplified energy gives them much more energy to accomplish their purpose.

The Path is the lines of energy that flow through the Grid guiding the energy from the Focus Stone, through any Way Stones, to our Desire Stones.  The Path is the journey to the desire we seek.  The Path is the energy conduit that draws on Sacred Geometry to align, transmit, and guide our energy to achieve our desires. The Path is the flow of energy in a particular grid design.

The Path follows the lines of the Grid.  It connects the stones to the Patterns of Life.  There is a great synergy to be gained when the Path is aligned with the energy matrices of the crystals on it.  The energy system that results is one of great power.  The Universal Life Force is gathered, focused, and amplified effectively in a well design Crystal Grid with Paths that channel our energy effectively.

The Path is derived from the grid shape.  There are many designs for Crystal Grids.  Each has specific uses and meanings.  Circles, Squares, Triangles, Seeds of Life, Flower of Life, Hexagons, Pentagons, Spirals, Mandelas, the Borromean Rings, the Ashok Chakra, The Eye of Horus, and others are all potent and useful.  Each has its specific meanings and power.  The study of Sacred Geometry teaches the uses of each design.

Crystal Grids are potent ways to harness the Universal Life Force to accomplish your goals and live your dreams.

Sacred Geometry: In nature, we find patterns, designs and structures from the most minuscule particles, to expressions of life discernible by human eyes, to the greater cosmos. These inevitably follow geometrical archetypes, which reveal to us the nature of each form and its vibrational resonances. They are also symbolic of the underlying metaphysical principle of the inseparable relationship of the part to the whole. It is this principle of oneness underlying all geometry that permeates the architecture of all form in its myriad diversity. This principle of interconnectedness, inseparability and union provides us with a continuous reminder of our relationship to the whole, a blueprint for the mind to the sacred foundation of all things created.
